Aubrey saw the problem firsthand. Revolutionizing operations at a roofing company means managing thousands of property conditions, tracking work history, and constantly dealing with disputes over what was damaged when. Insurance carriers couldn't prove pre-existing damage. Homeowners had no way to document their roof's condition year over year. Contractors couldn't legally defend their estimates.

There was no standardized way to document, track, and verify property condition data across the industry. PropertyVault was born from that frustration — a technology born from boots on roofs, not boardroom theory. Started in Volusia County, Florida in 2026, we're building the infrastructure that every homeowner, contractor, and insurance carrier should have had decades ago.
